Who am I

Professor Tammy Griego is the founder of the Gentle Art Jiu Jitsu Training Centers. She is a 3rd degree Blackbelt under renowned Roberto “Tussa” Alencar. A champion in her own right she is a 7 time World champion. Recently she made team USA Grappling at the age of 43 and 44, bringing home 2nd and two 3rd place medals for America from the World championships. She has been teaching Jiu jitsu for 18 years and is ready to share her knowledge with all the students of Impact Martial Arts.
